The redesign of the application aimed to facilitate navigation and speed up access to government services. Before launching the update, specialists from JSC "Tunduk" conducted a series of user interviews and tests, which helped identify the main issues faced by users.
As a result of the update, key documents such as identity cards, driver's licenses, and certificates are now located on the main screen. This provides quick access to them immediately after logging into the app, without the need to navigate through various sections.
Additionally, the new version features a section called "Life Situations," where services are grouped by types of events, such as housing registration, childbirth, or health issues. Users simply need to select the desired category to see a list of available services.
The main page of the application has been simplified and made more logical, while the updated visual style has become modern and convenient for daily use.
The Tunduk application is part of the e-government system of Kyrgyzstan and allows citizens to access government services in a digital format, avoiding the need to visit government institutions.
