According to available information, under Article 320 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "the production, distribution, transportation, or mailing of extremist materials," Zheentaev was fully acquitted. However, the charges under Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, related to "calls for mass riots," remained in effect.
After the verdict was announced, the designer was immediately released in the courtroom.
Ernist Zheentaev's interests in the process were represented by lawyer Nurbek Sydykov. The designer was detained in November 2025, and the Pervomaisky District Court had previously sentenced him to six years of imprisonment.
