Before the forum began, delegations from the EAEU countries, including government leaders, familiarized themselves with an exhibition of digital innovations, showcasing projects aimed at improving the quality of life and protecting the environment.

Speaking at the plenary session, Kasymaliev emphasized that the modern world is undergoing rapid changes due to technology, and Kyrgyzstan is actively laying a new technological foundation for its economy. According to him, the export of services from residents of the High Technology Park already accounts for about 1% of GDP, and this figure is expected to increase to 3% by 2030.

He noted that artificial intelligence has become an integral part of everyday life, being implemented in various fields such as medicine, education, public administration, and industry. The country has a National Council on Artificial Intelligence.

Furthermore, Kasymaliev highlighted the importance of using modern technologies to address environmental issues, including monitoring water resources and tailing dumps.

The head of government also emphasized the need to develop the Kyrgyz language in the digital space, proposing the creation of open language corpora and the development of proprietary machine translation systems.

Kasymaliev suggested considering the possibility of creating a digital financial hub for post-Soviet countries, launching credit mechanisms for IT and AI companies, as well as implementing tools for public investment in digital infrastructure.

During the forum, issues related to digital mining, cryptocurrency exchanges, cybersecurity, education, and innovation were also discussed. Participants included representatives from government agencies, businesses, the IT sector, startups, and international experts.
