According to Mayor Aibek Junushaliev, the house has been under the control of the Ministry of Construction for two years. During this period, its technical condition has significantly deteriorated, and it is currently recognized as emergency.
The mayor emphasized that all owners will be offered apartments through the State Investment Committee with the possibility of paying the difference under favorable conditions. An assessment of the property is being conducted, and individual work will be organized with each owner to conclude the necessary agreements. In addition, commercial spaces will be accounted for on par with residential ones.
As a result, the house is subject to demolition, and the land plot will be transferred to municipal ownership.
