The President of the Kyrgyz Football Union, Kamchybek Tashiev, explained the reasons for the dismissal of the head coach of the "Muras United" team, Sergey Puchkov, who is Ukrainian. Under his leadership, the club from Manas achieved second place in the Kyrgyzstan championship and reached the final of the national cup, as well as managed to qualify for the playoffs of the AFC Challenge Cup.

At a meeting with the presidents of the country's football clubs on November 17, Tashiev noted: "I decided to dismiss Puchkov due to his unacceptable behavior. He uses vulgar language towards the players and often swears with profanity. I do not intend to name these words, but if a coach cannot control his emotions and insults the footballers, such specialists have no place in Kyrgyzstan."
He also added that there are children, women, and adults present in the stadiums, and it is unacceptable for coaches to allow themselves to use foul language in front of the audience. "There are coaches who swear right in the stands. We need to work with them to ensure this does not happen again. These are adults, some of whom could be fathers to the players, yet they allow themselves to use offensive words," the president of the football union concluded.
