As part of the event, 20 matches are scheduled, covering five Olympic weight categories: 57 kg, 65 kg, 74 kg, 86 kg, and 97 kg.
Each category will feature four athletes, who will be paired for the semifinals. After the semifinals, there will be matches for third place and the final bouts.
The tournament is expected to include renowned champions, including Olympic medalists, as well as titled wrestlers from the world, Europe, Asia, and the Asian Games. Among the participants are the current world champion from Japan, Yoshinosuke Aoyagi, and the 2023 world champion Rizabek Aitmuhan from Kazakhstan, along with other prominent athletes.
Additionally, spectators can look forward to a Greco-Roman wrestling match between Akjol Mahmudov and the representative from Bulgaria, Aik Mnatsakanyan.
