Dzhaparov has extensive experience, starting from 2013 when he worked at the state enterprise "Infokom." This institution was transformed in 2024 into the state institution "Kyzmat" along with the Department of Population Registration of the Ministry of Digital Development.
In March 2021, he took the position of Deputy Director of the state enterprise "Infokom," responsible for administrative matters, and after the reorganization, he continued his work as the First Deputy Director in the new state institution "Kyzmat."
