This decision is aimed at improving the efficiency of municipal property use. The transfer of equipment will be formalized by the Bishkek City Mayor's Office in accordance with established procedures.
The following is also provided for in this resolution:
- registration of the document and its submission to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts;
- monitoring the implementation of decisions will be carried out by the permanent commission of the city council on municipal property issues, land issues, urban planning, and architecture, as well as by the Mayor of Bishkek (Dzhunushaliev A.Dzh.).
