During the discussion, deputy Kazybek Ergeshov from the "Yntymak" party raised the question of the land exchange that took place last year in Oroke for five plots in the southern part of the city.
“Is it fair that these lands are being used for their intended purpose? We were promised a multi-level parking lot in microdistrict 11, but now residential complexes are being built there. We must closely monitor the lands that we transfer through exchange to ensure they are used for their intended purpose, otherwise they may fall into private hands through PPP mechanisms,” Ergeshov said.
