The competitive selection for the winter admission is conducted in four stages based on the results of the Unified National Test (ORT).
The first stage took place from December 23 to 25, 2025, followed by the second stage from January 12 to 14, 2026. The third stage is scheduled for January 19-21, and the final, fourth stage will be held from January 26 to 28.
This winter admission is intended exclusively for enrolling applicants in contract places that remained vacant after the summer admission.
For participation in the competitive selection, the results of the spring ORT of 2025 are valid.
The procedure for admitting both domestic and foreign students to higher educational institutions twice a year was developed to expand opportunities for obtaining higher professional education.
