In the ministry's view, this initiative will help protect students' rights, ensure a unified and fair approach to discipline, and prevent unjustified financial sanctions in the educational sphere.
Instead of fines, the ministry proposes to use alternative academic measures that are not related to financial penalties, within the framework of existing legislation.
Additionally, it is planned to amend the regulations governing the work of higher education and secondary vocational institutions to implement this initiative.
