The scholarships are allocated based on an intergovernmental agreement signed on December 16, 2015, in Beijing, which regulates cooperation in the field of education between the two countries.
The funding includes:
- tuition;
- accommodation;
- monthly scholarship allowance;
- medical insurance.
However, expenses for airfare and visa processing are not covered by the scholarship and must be paid by the participants themselves.
