Kyrgyz citizens aspiring to a scientific career have the opportunity to enroll in graduate programs at Russian universities. This was reported at the Russian House located in Bishkek.
Organization specialists emphasized that Russia holds leading positions in the world in training specialists in the fields of mathematics, physics, chemistry, geology, engineering, programming, medicine, and humanities.
This current enrollment includes 56 areas of study, with 700 quotas allocated for Kyrgyzstan for the academic year 2026/27 by the government of the Russian Federation.
Enrollment is conducted on a budgetary basis, making education completely free. Successful applicants will receive a scholarship and the opportunity to live in a dormitory.
“One of the significant advantages of the quota enrollment is the ability to submit documents and take competitive exams in an online format, without leaving Kyrgyzstan. This is convenient for students completing their bachelor's or master's degrees or those who are working. Applications can include up to six universities for the chosen specialty in order of preference,” the press release added.
Applications are accepted until December 15, 2025, on the website https://education-in-russia.com, which also provides comprehensive information about universities, educational programs, and cities. To apply, it is necessary to register on the site, select a field of study, and upload scanned copies of the required documents.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, consultations begin at 16:00.
On Saturdays, consultations start at 12:00.
