On January 28, during an on-site inspection initiated by the appeals of local residents and with the participation of Vice Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva, a check was conducted at the private school "Creative Taalim."

According to the press service of the city administration, serious violations of safety regulations were identified on the premises of the educational institution during the inspection. There was unrestricted access to the boiler room, which is classified as a high-risk area, as well as an open excavation. The surrounding area was also found to be in a neglected state, with unsanitary conditions and a lack of fencing, posing a threat to the health and lives of children.

"Additionally, the school is using equipment that lacks filtration systems to capture toxic gases emitted during the burning of solid fuels, which negatively impacts the environment. The administration of the educational institution has been advised to consider installing modern purification equipment," the city administration added.

Furthermore, it was established that the classrooms on the third floor do not meet fire and sanitary safety requirements. The school did not provide a previously issued directive, so the city administration plans to contact the relevant government authorities and the Ministry of Education regarding the licensing of the educational institution," the city administration reported.

As a result of the inspection, the administration of "Creative Taalim" was instructed to promptly address the identified shortcomings and bring the territory and premises into proper condition. It is necessary to ensure the safety of children in the near future, including fencing off hazardous areas. If the requirements are not met, measures will be taken in accordance with current legislation.
