During the discussion, a draft law was presented that proposes the legal formalization of the allocation of a plot of 10.48 hectares for social facilities.
The deputy noted that it is important to decide who will be given this plot — for the construction of state social institutions or for private ownership.
During the discussion, it was emphasized that the plot will be transferred to the management of the Bishkek city administration. On this territory, the construction of a school, a FAP (Field Ambulance Point), as well as various medical and sports facilities has already been completed, and the medical facilities will not be transferred to private individuals.
Mavlyanova also expressed the opinion on the need to create conditions for the construction of a quality private school in this area. According to her, many parents choose private educational institutions because they believe that the level of education is higher there. This, in turn, may reduce transportation loads, as parents will not have to drive their children across the entire city, which will positively affect the traffic situation.
It was previously reported that due to a shortage of available land plots, a decision was made to allocate a plot on the territory of state residence No. 1 for the placement of social facilities. Currently, a social complex is already functioning in this area, which includes a school opened by President Sadyr Japarov, as well as a kindergarten and a medical center.
