According to information provided by the Ecological Supervision Service, during the inspection, it was found that a spontaneous combustion of white clay (ak topurak) occurred on the company's premises, caused by sunlight. This phenomenon happened as a result of the company's production activities.
As a result of the inspection, the company was fined 28,000 soms in accordance with Article 230 of the Code of Offenses, concerning violations of the procedure for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere.
A conversation was also held with the representatives of the company, during which they were explained the proper methods of storing production waste and the importance of complying with fire safety requirements.
According to the Ministry of Justice, the director of LLC "MPZ Jalal-Abad" is Toygonbaev Sultanbek Kutmanbekovich, and the founders are Ergyshev Dastan Bakytovich and LLC "Dan-Yug". The main activity of the company is the production of refined (purified) vegetable and animal oils and fats. The company was re-registered on 18.08.2022.
