In the Jalal-Abad Region, DEP-22 was fined for dumping waste in unauthorized locations

As part of a scheduled inspection conducted by the Jalal-Abad Regional Department of the Ecological and Technical Supervision Service, violations were discovered at DEP-22 (Road Maintenance Enterprise No. 22).

According to the service's report, the inspection revealed instances of waste being dumped in locations not designated for this purpose. For these violations, the enterprise was fined 17,000 soms based on Article 115 of the Code of Offenses, which pertains to illegal dumping, burning, and storage of waste.

Additionally, inspectors conducted an analysis of harmful emissions from the enterprise's vehicles. The test results showed that the level of pollutants does not exceed the established norms.

As a result of the inspection, the management of DEP-22 received a warning about the need for strict compliance with environmental standards and regulations.
