According to information from "Tazalyk," the subscriber service employees were unable to gain access to the site for a long time to update the contract for waste collection. During the inspection, it was revealed that the actual volumes of waste did not match the conditions of the existing contract.
New economic entities have started operating in the adjacent area, such as an electric vehicle charging station and a parking lot for cars. However, they refused to sign contracts for the collection of solid household waste, despite the increase in waste volumes and changes in the parameters of the site.
According to the terms of the contract, the customer was supposed to promptly notify the contractor of any changes in the parameters of waste generation, but this was not done.
As reported by the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk," representatives of these entities referred to alleged existing agreements with Deputy Mayor Ramiz Aliyev and law enforcement agencies, claiming that they were allowed not to enter into contracts for waste collection.
In response to these claims, Deputy Mayor of Bishkek Ramiz Aliyev went to the site to verify the facts of possible interference by officials and the existence of "permissions" that could exempt economic entities from the obligation to conclude contracts for waste collection.
