The starting price of the lot is set at 553.21 million soms
The State Agency for Management of State Property informs that 100% of the shares of the LLC "Vinivin" — a winery located in the village of Vinogradnoe, situated 43 kilometers north of Bishkek in the Chui region, is up for sale at an electronic auction.
According to the provided data, the enterprise includes a property complex of 3.36 hectares, which consists of workshops for processing grapes, fermentation, storage, and aging of wine materials, as well as the production of brandy spirit, blending and bottling areas, and underground storage facilities. Previously, technical grape varieties were cultivated on the adjacent municipal lands covering 307 hectares.
Applications to participate in the auction are accepted on the website auctionetp.gov.kg from December 3 to December 9, 2025. The auction will take place on December 9 at 15:00 Bishkek time.
