The applicant for the project is PJSC "Sberbank" (Russia), and its implementation will be carried out by the Russian company LLC "Beshtau Electronics" in partnership with enterprises from Kyrgyzstan and Belarus.
From Kyrgyzstan, the project will involve LLC "Kyrgyzelektronika," which will be responsible for supplying metal cases for the system units. It is expected that the revenue of this enterprise within the project will amount to 416.5 million rubles (equivalent to 165.6 million soms at the current exchange rate of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic) on the condition of supplying 175,000 cases by 2030.
The subsidy allocated from the EAEU budget will amount to 222.2 million rubles. This financial assistance will significantly reduce the interest rate on loans from 23% to 6.5% per annum, considering the key rate of the Bank of Russia.

Financial support, including the subsidization of interest rates on loans and credits, began in 2023. It was created to promote industrial cooperation and helps enterprises in the EAEU countries significantly reduce the cost of attracted financial resources.
