At this event, consumers could purchase yak meat and lamb at relatively low prices. Yak meat was sold for 600 soms per kilogram, while lamb was priced at 650 soms. It was also reported that turkey meat was offered at prices below market rates.


The ministry also reported that holding such fairs in the regions is aimed at providing urban residents with affordable food products.
According to the ministry, there is no shortage of essential food products in the country, and the stock levels of goods are sufficient.
