
On December 25, a ceremonial opening of a new slaughterhouse took place in the village of Daroot-Korgon, located in the Chon-Alai district. This information was announced by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The President of the country, Sadyr Japarov, participated in the ceremony via online broadcast.
The event was attended by local authorities, entrepreneurs, veterinarians, farmers, and villagers.
The new slaughterhouse fully complies with modern sanitary and hygienic requirements and is aimed at ensuring safe and high-quality meat production. The process of slaughtering animals is carried out in strict accordance with international standards and under full veterinary control. The facility is equipped with the latest technologies that allow for efficient waste processing and minimize negative impacts on the environment, thereby ensuring ecological safety.
During the opening, it was emphasized that this facility will significantly contribute to the development of livestock farming in the region, creating favorable conditions for farmers and providing the population with quality meat.
The enterprise will also create several permanent jobs and contribute to the economic development of the local community.
The management of the slaughterhouse plans to increase production volumes in the future and launch services for processing and packaging meat products.
