From December 15 to 19, 2025, the State Financial Supervision Agency, which oversees and regulates the financial market, summarized its activities, including the registration of new securities, the issuance of licenses, and the approval of key personnel appointments.
During its work, the following stock issues were registered:
- Closed Joint-Stock Company "Ak Shumkar KJ" — the first founding issue of ordinary registered shares;
- Closed Joint-Stock Company "Omni Group" — the second issue of ordinary registered shares;
- Closed Joint-Stock Company "MFK OKSUS" — the thirteenth issue of ordinary registered shares;
- Closed Joint-Stock Company "Ak-Bulak" — the third issue of ordinary registered shares;
- Open Joint-Stock Company "Eldik Bank" — the thirty-first issue of ordinary registered shares;
- Open Joint-Stock Company "National Electric Network of Kyrgyzstan" (NESC) — the fourteenth issue of ordinary registered shares and the registration of the results of the thirteenth issue;
- Open Joint-Stock Company "Mailuu-Suu Lamp Factory" — the results of the second issue of ordinary registered shares;
- Open Joint-Stock Company "Kyrgyz Post" — the results of the fifth issue of ordinary registered shares;
- Open Joint-Stock Company "State Mortgage Company" — the results of the twenty-ninth issue of ordinary registered shares, with unplaced shares annulled;
- Open Joint-Stock Company "Tündük" — the results of the second issue of ordinary registered shares.
- LLC "Prime Investment" — a license for brokerage and dealer activities, as well as for trust management of investments;
- LLC "Vision Pro" — reissuance of the virtual asset exchange operator's license due to a name change to LLC "Digital Business Solutions".
- Closed Joint-Stock Company "Kyrgyz Stock Exchange" — the candidacy of Cholpon Ryskulovna Kachkanakova for the position of chief accountant was approved;
- LLC "Integras Capital" — the candidacy of Eliza Abdymametovna Alisherova for the position of general director was approved.
