The State Financial Supervision has revoked licenses from several virtual asset exchange operators.
The reason for the revocation of licenses was violations of legislation concerning the Law "On Virtual Assets" and the Regulation on Operators of Virtual Asset Exchanges, as well as the maintenance of the Register of such operators.
In accordance with the order of the State Financial Supervision dated December 29, 2025, licenses were revoked from:
According to the legislation, both legal entities and individuals must:
1) comply with the norms regulating the circulation of virtual assets;
2) provide information and reports on transactions conducted with such assets on a monthly basis;
3) submit financial statements to the authorized body quarterly, prepared in accordance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
In addition, the license of LLC "GedEds Crypto" was suspended as of December 29 due to identified violations of the legislation.
