More than 100 state-owned enterprises operate in the country. Among them, some that are critically important for national security and strategic interests will remain in state ownership, while shares of other companies will be available for public trading on the stock exchange and through auctions.

As part of the state policy, it is planned to sell 10-66% of shares in 18 state companies and sectors, including aviation, energy, finance, mining, insurance, and certain types of trade. This will be carried out through public offerings of shares and the transformation of companies into public joint-stock companies, as well as through the complete sale of shares of eight companies and the restructuring of seven.

“To successfully implement privatization, it is necessary first to analyze the trading and restructuring process of shares of 33 companies on the stock exchange.
