"In the third quarter of 2025, more than 800 children found families, - Ministry of Labor"
During this period, 492 children were placed in foster care, 370 found new parents through national adoption, and 2 children were adopted by foreign citizens.
Each family that has taken in children undergoes mandatory registration and is under constant supervision by guardianship authorities, which ensures the necessary care, upbringing, and protection of the rights of young citizens.
The ministry noted that the process of adoption and placement of children in foster care is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as taking into account the norms concerning adoption by both citizens of the country and foreigners.
These initiatives aim to create a safe and supportive environment for children who are without parental care, as well as to strengthen the family placement system in Kyrgyzstan.
