During a check on compliance with legislation regarding the protection of the rights of orphaned children, conducted by the prosecutor's office of the Ak-Su district in the Issyk-Kul region, a case was discovered involving the illegal registration of property rights by third parties (relatives) based on forged contracts.
As a result of the prosecutor's intervention, a lawsuit was filed in court, which led to the restoration of the orphaned child's inheritance rights to housing. The property, valued at 3 million 332 thousand soms and inherited from the parents, was returned to its rightful owner.
In addition, recommendations were sent to the authorized body for the protection of children's rights regarding the restoration of inheritance rights for 14 orphaned children.
