During an inspection conducted by the district prosecutor's office, it was established that this reservoir, located in the village of Aral of the Sary-Ozon rural administration and covering an area of 12.3 hectares, was illegally transferred to private hands by the former leadership of the Kropetskaya rural administration in 2005-2006.
As a result of the prosecutor's actions, a perpetual state act was issued, which returned the reservoir, valued at 43 million soms, back to state ownership, as stated in the report.
