The goals of this meeting include strengthening the legal protection of businessmen, creating favorable conditions for investment, combating corruption during inspections, and reinforcing state discipline. In this regard, explanatory work was carried out on the regulation ‘On the procedure for registering inspections of business entities,’ which was approved by the presidential decree of December 7, 2022, No. 388.
Businessmen have the right to request from officials conducting inspections a document with the registration stamp of the prosecutor's office and a QR code. If such a document is absent, they may refuse to allow the inspection.
Entrepreneurs can also verify the legality of the inspections being conducted and send complaints with photo and video materials regarding identified violations through the mobile application ‘Business Protection,’ developed by the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan.
