In Manas, most private clinics that were previously closed have resumed their activities. This was reported to the Turmush correspondent by Ulpat Nazirbekova, head of the sanitation department of the city center for sanitary and epidemiological surveillance.

According to her, during inspections conducted jointly with relevant services, 23 private clinics were examined, of which 17 were temporarily closed. The reasons for the suspension of activities included non-compliance with sanitary requirements, violations related to the number of beds, as well as financial discrepancies.

“The clinics that were closed underwent repeated inspections. Those who eliminated all identified deficiencies and comply with the established requirements have resumed their operations. Currently, more than 10 private medical institutions are functioning in Manas. The others, I believe, will begin full operations in the coming days,” added Ulpat Nazirbekova.

According to information provided by the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan, a total of 541 private medical clinics were inspected across the country, and the activities of 263 of them were temporarily suspended. The main goal of these inspections is to strengthen control over the quality of medical services provided to the population.

The reasons for the closure of clinics were varied, including the provision of services not covered by the license, gross violations of sanitary standards, and insufficient sterilization of medical instruments.
