The Asian Poker Tour (APT) is one of the most significant series of poker tournaments in Asia. The APT Super Hyper Turbo tournament takes place in Taipei from November 14 to 30.

Khatanbaatar Khandsuren participated in the no-limit hold'em tournament (NLH) and won with a bet of 128,822 Taiwanese dollars. Second place went to Eike Soren Strus from Cambodia with a prize of 92,700 Taiwanese dollars, while Chungwan Lee from South Korea took third place, receiving 60,300 Taiwanese dollars. The total prize pool amounted to 441,622 Taiwanese dollars.

Since its establishment in 2006, the Asian Poker Tour (APT) has held over 110 major tournaments, as well as numerous smaller events, primarily in the Asia-Pacific region. Tournament events have taken place in locations such as the Philippines, Macau, South Korea, Cambodia, Vietnam, India, China, Australia, London, New Caledonia, and Mauritius. The total amount of prize money paid to players has exceeded 50 million dollars.

The APT was founded in 2006 by Capital Events Pte, registered in Singapore.

In 2008, AsianLogic acquired the APT; however, Capital Events Pte will continue to organize tournaments and remain a shareholder of the project. Under the agreement, AsianLogic will take over the management of APT's online and offline tournaments and gain control over the brand and web addresses, allowing it to access the APT database to attract players to its platforms.

In June 2022, the Asian Poker Tour was acquired by APT Events Private Limited, which plans to expand its activities beyond Asia. Lloyd Fontillas, a veteran of the APT, will continue to serve as the general manager and executive director of tournaments while taking on additional responsibilities.
