Kyrgyzstanis brought medals from the Asian Championship in Ballroom Dancing in Hong Kong

At the DSA Asian Single Dance Championship 2025, held in Hong Kong, the best dancers from across the continent gathered. Participants from more than 13 countries took part in the tournament, including China, Japan, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Korea, Vietnam, and Kyrgyzstan. The competitions were held under the auspices of the World Dance Sport Federation (WDSF) and the Asian Dance Sport Federation (DSA).

Outstanding Achievements of Kyrgyzstan

At the tournament, which featured various age and dance categories, the Kyrgyzstan team showcased impressive results, winning numerous medals.

Adult Categories:

In the foxtrot dance, Hasan Ibragimov and Veronika Tian received a bronze medal.

Dmitry Blinkin and Asal Mambetova became bronze medalists in the pasodoble.

Youth Categories:

Artem Salomatin and Aibiyke Aipova distinguished themselves by winning:

• 1 gold,

• 4 silver,

• 1 bronze medal

in the European and Latin American programs.

Arthur Pak and Veronika Nuiskova also added two bronze medals to the team's collection, demonstrating confidence and expressiveness in their dances.

The youngest participant of the team, Aizere Abdrakhmanova, managed to reach the finals in the "Solo" category, taking 4th place — a significant achievement for her age.

Sergey Mikhailovich Titunin, president of the Dance Sport Federation of Kyrgyzstan, expressed gratitude to the athletes for their outstanding performances:
