The Prosecutor's Office plays a key role in the system of state power, ensuring the protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, as well as the interests of society and the state. Establishing the rule of law in all areas of our life is a necessary condition for stable and comprehensive development. As guardians of legality, you must ensure quality prosecutorial oversight and strictly monitor compliance with the law by all participants.
Integrity and intolerance towards corruption must become the norm for every prosecutor. Trust in the Prosecutor's Office has been built over a long time, and your work is crucial for strengthening this trust.
Society and the state need the effective work of prosecutors. I am confident that your experience and responsibility will contribute to addressing the pressing challenges facing the Prosecutor's Office and the country as a whole.
The fight against crime, including corruption, is one of the most challenging tasks for the Prosecutor's Office. To successfully accomplish these tasks, a high level of professionalism, resilience, and principledness are required. These qualities distinguish the Prosecutor's Office from other state bodies.
Oversight of compliance with the law must be not only strict but also fair. Every decision made by prosecutors affects public trust in the state and strengthens the rule of law.
In light of the large-scale reforms and transformations taking place in the country, the role and powers of the Prosecutor's Office are significantly increasing. The most important tasks remain respect for the individual, protection of rights and freedoms, as well as the interests of society and business, which contributes to improving the investment climate in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The state's attitude towards law enforcement agencies, including the Prosecutor's Office and the judiciary, has undergone significant changes in recent years. Thanks to state support, the material and technical supply and social protection of Prosecutor's Office employees are improving.
At the beginning of this year, the construction of a new administrative building for the General Prosecutor's Office began, and the opening of the Legal Academy of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic took place. I am confident that this will help in training highly qualified specialists and developing legal science.
New administrative buildings and service apartments are also being constructed in various regions of the country, salaries for prosecutors are increasing, and apartments are being provided on mortgage terms.
To ensure legality, protect the interests of the state and the rights of citizens, as well as to combat corruption, the Prosecutor's Office must be equipped with everything necessary.
