Justice has been restored in the Issyk-Kul region regarding an orphan child who lost their inheritance due to the illegal registration of property by relatives.
According to the General Prosecutor's Office, the Ak-Suu district prosecutor's office conducted an investigation and uncovered facts of unlawful registration of property rights by third parties who used invalid contracts.
As a result of the prosecutor's intervention, a lawsuit was filed in court. The court, having reviewed the case, restored the inheritance rights of the orphan child to a residential property valued at 3 million 332 thousand soms and returned the property to its rightful owner.
Additionally, recommendations have been sent to the child protection agency to restore inheritance rights for 14 other orphan children.
