According to available information, the companies OsOO "S.", "AKP", "JKD", and "AP" discharged contaminated wastewater onto the ground without prior filtration and treatment, which led to environmental pollution and harm to ecology.
The regional office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision for Bishkek and the Alamudun District informed that this discharge caused environmental damage amounting to 7.1 million soms.
In connection with this fact, the prosecutor's office initiated a criminal case under Article 298 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Violations of environmental protection rules during work." Necessary investigative actions are currently being carried out.
