According to the General Prosecutor's Office of Kyrgyzstan, due to unauthorized discharge of wastewater, the ecosystem suffered damage estimated at 7.1 million soms, according to the Regional Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision for Bishkek and the Alamudun district.
Based on the collected materials, the prosecutor's office has initiated a criminal case under Article 298 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning violations of environmental protection rules during industrial activities. Necessary investigative actions are currently underway.
