The General Prosecutor's Office reported the return of the building of the kindergarten "Golden Ear" along with the adjacent land plot of 1 hectare, located in the Alamudun district, to state ownership. The estimated value of this property is 111 million 93 thousand soms.
During the inspection, the supervisory authority found that the kindergarten and the land plot were being used by private individuals with serious violations of the rules for owning and using municipal property. Moreover, the properties were not properly registered and were absent from the municipal balance.
As a result of the prosecutor's intervention, the property was seized from the illegal owners and returned to state ownership. The inspection will continue to clarify all details and identify those involved.
