A.A.'s request was sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, after which representatives of the Ministry of Labor of the Kyrgyz Republic held a meeting with employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and a juvenile inspector in the Yakimanka district of Moscow. During the discussion, joint measures for the protection of the children and the exchange of information about their whereabouts were agreed upon.
Once the children are located, the ministry will take the necessary measures for their safe return, including transferring custody to their mother. If the father refuses to provide notarized consent for the children to be taken abroad, Russian guardianship authorities may temporarily place them in social institutions.
Additionally, A.A. received legal consultations regarding the arrangement of guardianship and establishing the children's residence with her.
