She clarified that the children study in Kyrgyzstan, but during the holidays, she sent them to their father. He promised to return them after completing the necessary documents, but according to the mother, this did not happen. For more than a month, the children have been with their father, not attending school, and he demands money, threatening not to return them otherwise.
Furthermore, the woman claims that her ex-husband applies physical violence against the children. She also noted that the children and their father are citizens of the Russian Federation, which, in her opinion, complicates the process of appealing to various authorities, and so far this has not led to the initiation of a criminal case.
In her request, she appeals to the competent authorities demanding the return of the children to their homeland, Kyrgyzstan.
