Surgical intervention became necessary for the child
An investigation is underway in Bishkek regarding a criminal case related to the harm caused to a girl suffering from autism.
The mother of the victim, Nurlanova Nariste, has appealed to the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, and the head of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev, asking them to pay attention to the situation regarding the investigation.
According to Nariste, her daughter had been seeing psychologist Ilya Ananyev for a long time. The woman claims that the educator used painful techniques that caused suffering to the girl. Due to the severe form of autism, Nariste was unable to communicate to her parents what was happening.
On December 23, 2024, as reported by relatives, as a result of another painful technique, the educator broke the girl's arm. After the first surgery, the child developed a serious inflammation, which required four more operations.
The family also informs that Nariste was diagnosed with chronic osteomyelitis, which requires long-term treatment and constant medical supervision.
According to the mother, there have been no apologies or attempts to help from Ilya Ananyev. She claims that the accused, along with his lawyer, is trying to evade responsibility for his actions.
The investigation lasted a whole year, after which the case was transferred to the Lenin District Court of Bishkek, where it is currently under consideration.
The woman emphasizes that she seeks justice not only for her daughter but for all children with special needs who cannot defend themselves. She calls for an objective and transparent judicial process.
