The State Financial Supervision, responsible for regulation and control in the financial sector, has decided to suspend the certificates allowing industrial mining activities for three organizations.
According to the information provided by the agency, this decision is based on the Procedure for the registration and issuance of certificates for mining activities, established by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 514 dated September 16, 2022, as well as on paragraph 13 of the Regulation on Financial Supervision (Resolution No. 300 dated December 10, 2021). In accordance with Order No. 623-p dated November 13, 2025, the certificates of the following companies have been annulled:
- LLC "ViNET";
- LLC "Spetsenergomontazh Kara-Balta";
- LLC "Bai Lider".
