Students and farmers presented a joint strategy at the 'Agrodialog'.
The "Agrodialog" forum, which has become a symbol of open experience exchange among farmers, has shown its first results. According to participants, the main event of this year was the presentations by students from agricultural universities, who shared their ideas alongside experienced industry leaders, attracting significant attention.

The forum, organized by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, has established itself as an important platform for discussing issues and achievements among landowners, scientists, and government representatives. The main idea is the necessity to listen to those who work daily in the fields. This practical experience, presented candidly, allows colleagues to avoid mistakes and adapt more quickly to climate changes. As confirmed by champion farmers, they are approached for advice from all corners of the country after their presentations to verify the effectiveness of the technologies used.

For the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, this forum has become a key tool for obtaining feedback. It is not only an opportunity to express gratitude to agrarians for their labor but also a chance to adapt state programs to real needs. Considering the opinions of practitioners here is not a formality but a strategically important measure, as they are the first to face the consequences of drought and market changes. Notably, the minister spent the entire day in the hall, taking notes on the presentations from both experienced specialists and young researchers.

The first day of the forum focused on crop production issues. Champion farmers presented their reports on the implementation of irrigation systems, new plant varieties, and digital technologies. However, the real discovery was the synergy between generations. Students from the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University and the "Manas" University defended their projects alongside seasoned professionals. For instance, third-year student Turdubekov E.A. presented a justification for the feasibility of growing chickpeas in changing climate conditions, Akbermet Ernis shared modern approaches in horticulture, and master's student Saadat Beishenbekova sparked lively interest with her research on producing quality seed potatoes using biotechnology.

Involving youth in such discussions is an investment in the future. Students bring digital skills and a willingness to experiment into the agricultural sector, while direct interaction with farmers helps ground scientific ideas. This model creates a closed loop: science listens to the needs of the fields, and farmers gain access to innovations. It is now evident that the success of the agricultural sector in Kyrgyzstan is based on a harmonious combination of experience and innovation.
