At a briefing, the First Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce, Choro Seitov, announced that Kyrgyzstan is expecting a construction boom that will last for at least ten years.

In his opinion, the housing construction sector has significant growth potential, making it attractive for investment.

I am confident that for at least the next ten years, active housing construction will take place in all regions of Kyrgyzstan.

Seitov added that the current level of housing provision for the population has not yet reached 100%, which creates a constant demand for real estate and construction materials.

The Deputy Minister emphasized that this trend will create a sustainable market for a variety of goods.

“The demand for repair materials, such as wallpaper, nails, paints, and brushes, will remain. There will also be a need for rebar and roofing materials,” he noted.

Seitov urged entrepreneurs to actively participate in this process and pointed out that the country will continue to diversify its production capacities.
