High-ranking officials attended the event, including the Minister of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan Aida Balaeva and the Deputy Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan Askarali Madaminov. During the event, the mayor of Osh, Jenishbek Toktorbaev, received the "Dostyk" Order of II degree. The award was presented to him by Aida Balaeva, who noted his efforts to strengthen friendship between the peoples and his significant contribution to the development of the city.
Additionally, the audience was shown a documentary film "Bauyr," created based on the book by the President of Kazakhstan.
In December 2024, it was reported that the "Dostyk" Order of II degree was awarded to the mayor of Bishkek, Aibek Junushaliev, by the decree of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
In January 2025, the "Dostyk" Order of II degree was presented to the head of the external policy department of the Administration of the President of Kyrgyzstan, Muratbek Azymbakiev, at "Yntymak-Ordo."
On August 22, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev awarded the "Dostyk" Order to state and public figures of Kyrgyzstan in the presence of President Sadyr Japarov. In particular, the Deputy Prime Minister and head of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev was awarded the "Dostyk" Order of I degree for his contribution to the development of friendly relations between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
The "Dostyk" Order of II degree was awarded to the member of the Jogorku Kenesh Arslan Koychiev and public figure Askar Salymbekov.
