According to the provided reports, the total amount of funds received in special accounts of the electoral funds was 739,188,078 soms, and the same amount was spent. There are no funds left in the accounts, indicating the complete use of the election budget.
The financial reports of the candidates and the political party "Yntymak" were prepared in accordance with the requirements of the electoral legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. All financial operations comply with established norms, the reports are attached with the necessary bank statements, as well as documents confirming expenses, such as acts of completed work and invoices. All acts of acceptance and transfer of financial documents were duly signed.
Currently, the verification of reports from another 373 candidates who also participated in the elections is ongoing.
Reference information: In accordance with Section 8 of the Regulation "On the procedure for the formation, accounting of the receipt and expenditure of funds from the electoral fund of a candidate, political party during the elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic," candidates and political parties are required to submit a report on the size and sources of their electoral funds, as well as their expenditures within the established time frame.
If the data in the paper and electronic versions of the financial report do not match, priority will be given to the paper version, certified in the prescribed manner.
According to the Calendar plan for the preparation and conduct of early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for November 30, 2025, the second final financial report must be submitted to the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than 7 days after the voting (by December 7, 2025, inclusive).
