Recently, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev, announced that more than 900 apartments will be provided to military personnel of the Ministry of Defense as part of the ongoing construction of new residential complexes. This statement was made during the ceremony for the transfer of 81 units of vehicles in Bishkek.
He emphasized that providing housing for military personnel is an important part of the country's social policy. The allocation of apartments will be carried out through the State Mortgage Company.
In addition, Kasymaliev mentioned other support measures aimed at assisting the military. In particular, the daily rental compensation for housing in Bishkek has been increased to 500 soms, and in the regions to 420 soms. Military personnel also receive a monthly compensation for mortgage housing, which amounts to 18,000 soms in the capital and 15,000 soms in other regions.
The head of the cabinet added that for military personnel with more than 20 years of service, compensation is provided until the mortgage is fully paid off. They also have the opportunity to purchase housing through a mortgage in any region, regardless of their place of service.
