
The project, which will be implemented for the first time in Kyrgyzstan, aims to attract 10 participants representing various government and budgetary structures who have no prior sports experience.
Training sessions will be organized for participants, including running, swimming, and cycling.
Information about the project is presented below:
Title of the reality show: ЖАҢЫ ЖОЛ
1. General Information
1.1 Title: “Жаңы жол”
1.2 Motto: “From the office to victory” (may be changed by the organizers without altering the project's concept)
1.3 Organizers:
• State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic
• Triathlon Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic
2. Goals and Concept of the Project
The reality show “Жаңы жол” aims to:
• promote a healthy lifestyle and mass sports;
• engage civil servants and employees of budget organizations in regular sports activities;
• showcase the transformation of participants from office life to triathlon competitions.
The project illustrates the participants' journey from the beginning of training to their participation in the main event of the season.
3. Conditions of Participation
3.1 Number of Participants
• 10 participants will be selected for the project.
• Each participant represents one structure.
3.2 Criteria for Participants
Individuals meeting the following criteria are eligible to participate:
1. Age — from 28 to 38 years at the time of application submission.
2. Employment in:
• government institutions,
• municipal services,
• budget organizations.
3. Length of service in public office — at least 5 years, confirmed by a certificate.
4. Proficiency in the Kyrgyz language.
5. No professional sports experience (including in triathlon and related sports).
6. Willingness to undergo a medical examination and provide a certificate confirming the absence of contraindications to engaging in cyclic sports.
7. Consent to participate in photo and video shooting:
• during training,
• at competitions,
• throughout the project.
8. Willingness to train at least 3 times a week for 2 hours (minimum).
4. Preparation and Conditions
• Duration of preparation — 6.5 months.
• Participants will be provided with:
• training sessions;
• coaching staff;
• training program in disciplines:
• swimming,
• cycling,
• running;
• bicycles for training and competitions.
Preparation will be conducted under the guidance of coaches from the Triathlon Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. Completion of the Project
The final stage will be the participation of selected participants in the competitions:
The Asian Cup in triathlon for amateurs, which will take place on September 13.
6. Media Support
• As part of the project, participants will be accompanied by a media team.
Video recording:
• of the training process,
• of the competitions,
• of personal stories and progress of participants.
Based on the recorded material, series of reality shows will be created, which will be published in a show format. Participants confirm their consent to the use of their photo and video materials.
7. Application Submission Procedure
Candidates must:
1. Fill out an application through a Google form (link will be published by the organizers).
2. Attach a video of 1-2 minutes duration, where the participant:
• briefly introduces themselves,
• explains their motivation for participating in the project.
3. Provide all necessary documents within the specified deadlines.
Application submission period — from February 3 to February 15.
8. Selection Process
The selection of participants will be conducted by a joint commission:
• Triathlon Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports under the Cabinet of Ministers of the KR.
The organizers determine the compliance of candidates with the criteria;
• may select a larger number of candidates for a medical examination.
• Based on the examination results, some candidates may be eliminated.
The decisions of the selection committee are final and not subject to review.
The selection will take place from February 16 to February 18.
The project is scheduled to start on March 1.
9. Responsibility and Safety
• Participation is only possible in the absence of medical contraindications.
• Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
• The organizers reserve the right to deny participation if the requirements are not met.
