



The I International Congress of Public Administration took place in Moscow, where Daniyar Amangeldiev, the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, participated. The event was organized by the Presidential Academy (RANEPA) with the support of the Russian government and the presidential administration.
Among the participants were also Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Grigorenko, First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Sergey Kiriyenko, Mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, Rector of the Academy Alexey Komissarov, as well as representatives of government structures and experts.
In his speech, Amangeldiev emphasized that countries, despite differences in scale and institutional models, are united by a common understanding of the priorities of professional public administration, the importance of strategic planning, digitalization, and effectiveness.
He also noted that Kyrgyzstan is actively implementing the best international practices in public administration, taking into account national characteristics and focusing on openness and feedback mechanisms with citizens.
According to him, improvements in the socio-economic development of the country in recent years have occurred due to the modernization of the public administration system and the increased effectiveness of decision-making.
As part of the congress, Amangeldiev met with the Rector of the Presidential Academy Alexey Komissarov, where they discussed issues of cooperation in the training and professional development of state and municipal employees, including educational programs for leaders at various levels.
