Minister of Energy Talaybek Ibraev held a meeting with No Sun Yong, the CEO of Blue Networks.

During the meeting, current issues and opportunities for further cooperation in the development of electric charging stations, as well as the implementation of modern energy technologies in the Kyrgyz Republic, were discussed.

It became known that the company has already installed 3,500 charging stations in the Republic of Korea, highlighting its qualifications and experience in this field. In turn, both parties expressed a desire to expand cooperation, including projects for the construction of solar power plants and the development of renewable energy sources.

Significant attention was paid to the digitalization of the energy sector. Company representatives reported on the development of special software for managing the charging infrastructure. As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached to transfer access keys and logins to the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic to ensure transparency and effective management of the system.

The Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic noted the strategic importance of the projects being implemented for promoting a green economy, increasing investment attractiveness, and strengthening the partnership between Kyrgyzstan and South Korea.

Cooperation with Blue Networks Co., Ltd. began in 2024. In August 2024, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between OJSC "Chakan HPP" and the company regarding the joint preparation and operation of charging stations.

In 2025, a Framework Agreement was concluded for the establishment of a manufacturing enterprise for the assembly and installation of electric charging stations in the Kyrgyz Republic.

As part of these agreements, a joint venture, LLC "Revo KJ," was established, with the launch of the charging station assembly plant scheduled for April 2026.
