According to statisticians, the total area of new residential properties amounted to 78.4 thousand square meters, which corresponds to 102.8% compared to the same period in 2025.
Investments in construction amounted to 2 billion 485.9 million soms. The largest number of new houses was built in Bishkek, where 190 properties were constructed with a total area of 33.8 thousand square meters. The investments made in the capital reached 1 billion 375.8 million soms.
The Chui region also showed significant results, with 114 new houses, a total area of 14.4 thousand square meters, and investments of 288.3 million soms. In the Osh region, 79 houses with an area of 9.1 thousand square meters were put into operation, while in the Jalal-Abad region, 67 houses occupying 8.6 thousand square meters were completed.
The statistics for other regions are as follows:
- Issyk-Kul region — 32 houses (4.2 thousand sq. m);
- Talas region — 29 houses (3.4 thousand sq. m);
- Batken region — 20 houses (2.1 thousand sq. m);
- Naryn region — 13 houses (1.5 thousand sq. m);
- Osh city — 9 houses (1.3 thousand sq. m).
A comparison with the data from January of last year shows a positive trend. In Bishkek, the volume of new housing increased by 154.9% compared to January 2025, in Osh city — by 150.6%, and in the Chui region — by 118.2%.
